pains in neck and tingling in face

I am 38 yo female. This all started in december with sharp pains in my head - it turned to dull headaches with not so sharp pains, then pains in my neck (both in back and front) and tingling numbness in different areas of my face.
Have seen neurologist, ear nose and throat, pain clinic and primary doc - had brain mri and cervical spine mri and all kinds of blood work.
Docs seem at a loss and are thinking it is tension in my neck from damage caused by auto accidnet over 2 yrs ago. I don't feel that they are really sure that is the cause and it keeps me awake worrying about it.
Not to mention, it hurts and has been pretty constant since december. I quit smoking in Jan because it seemed worse when i smoked - quitting didn't seem to help with the pain though.

Possibly unrelated but I also have left shoulder and arm pain and a very dull pain in lower left abdomen. have had endoscopy which showed esophogitis.

Not knowing what this is is driving me insane! Any suggestions for other docs to see or tests to be performed?

Thanks - I have never heard f that scan - will look into it if problems come back, but right now am doing ok with the headaches etc... I have been to chiropractor and was taking Cymbalta for some time which is thought to help with chronic pain. Not sure which helped but I have been off the Cymbalta for several months and see chiro occassionally.

Did find out I had ovarian cyst which may have explained the lower left pain. The chest pain is thought now to be muscle spasms due to shoulder bursitis - having arthroscopic surgery in hopes that will be relieved.

If you get to a dead end try looking at NICO and having a cavitat scan. Peace
