what do i do about the pain in my neck?

I'm having pain in my neck, have been having it for awhile now. It's mainly on the right side starting from behind my ear going on behind the back on the right side. Whenever I touch it it's tender. It's like a dull aching pain & I've also notice that I've been having earaches in my right ear. I can't sleep on my right side and sometimes the pain is all in the center of my shoulder blade up around my right shoulder. It's very painful at times and uncomfortable. I'm taking muscle relaxers and tylenol which helps at that time. It's starting to interfer with my work, my sleep, my everyday life. What do I do? How do I get rid of this pain. Sometimes I don't even want to move or even get out of bed because it me feel sluggish. Help me please!!!!

I agree with SS.  Definitely go see a doctor if you haven't already!!!  You need to find out what the heck is going on.  Could be something a little serious, or nothing at all.  But go to the Doc so he can rule anything bad that might be going on.

Hope things to out well for you.

In order to attempt to getting rid of the pain you first have to know where it is coming from. Have you been to the doctor? Have you had an MRI? If not there are simple things that might help like alternating between heat and ice, also massages help.
Take Care,
