I think I found the best way to control my bad bacteria!

Hi girls! I am happy to share with you all my new founding!
I have been free for the past 3 months! I have being reading all kinds of forums to find anything that can work, eventually a friend told me about prebiotics and probiotics so I started the battle! . First I tried that Fem Flora with 10 million CFu's, didn't work, than I tried the probiotics refrigerated that you find on whole foods with 50million CFU's and nothing changed! Then I tried that ISOTONIX OPC-3 and all kinds of antioxidants that supposed to reduce infections...and....nothing! Tried not to use regular tampons with Lunette cups it helped so I didn't have BV right after my period which is good but right before my period it came back again. I also take yogurt every day too! I have tried all kinds of vitamins and antioxidants but recently I started taking banana flour from Brazil and worked! Banana flour is a prebiotic that feeds your gut bacteria and makes better environment for the bacteria in your intestine. Not only my digestive system is working better but also I am craving less for sugar since this product makes you blood sugar levels more stable. I used the one from Brazil because it did the trick better and I like the taste, the name is Nutryttiva. I have been using for the last 3 months and my BV seems to be under control. I am also doing another thing, I dry myself with a hairdryer before I put my underwear. With this combination I have been free for the past 3 months! I hope I can help!
