could it be birth controll causing my problems should i go off the pills

i am on birth comtroll i have been on birth controll for 3 years . ive been on like 6 differnt pills since march 2011. the very first pill i was put on made me sick once every 4 weeks.  well i was put on birth controll because i had very painfull periouds and would always vomit and get sever cramps and headaches. well birth controll has helped in that part but the problem i am haveing now is i was diagnosed with overiain cyst on sept 9th in 2013 and i continued to have severe abdominal pain so they did an ultra sound and it showed cyst  but tiny ones not enough to cause any trouble, well every since september i have had a few tines where i wake up in middle of night in severe abdominal pain and  i would vomit or haqve dirreah . the pain would last for an hour or 2 i take alieve or something non prescription whe this happens well in janueary i went back to my obgyn and she said i have two choices and she said either i see her doctor thats in offfice with her or a gi doctor so i saw her docter first he thinks i am not absorbing my birth controll pills and he thinks thats why i have 2 cycles a month and they are very irregular and he also thinks thats why i loss weight and keep it on, i am a good eated=r i have no problems eating but i went to work on febuary 12th and got really sick i doubled up in pain was not eb=ven on my cycle and i eneded up going to the er well a ct scan was done it showed retained fecal mattter. well i had a colonoscophy and endoscopy done on march 14th and results were normal they found nothing. blood work was all normal, but yet im still haveing the same problems. but i do seem to have less abdominal pain since colonoscopphy but my gi doc diagnosed me with irritable bowels syndrum which is and= easy fix he put me on linzess and it seems to be helping with all the constipation i have beeen haveing. well when i saw my obgyn on january 28th he said if gi doc did not find anything that he would have to look into doing a laproscopic surgery on the pelvic area but im going to ask him if he thinks it could be the pills because when you are on the pill you should have one periousd a month and not lose so much weitht i went from like 123 to 97 since september. i cant get over 100 if i do it drops again so im not exactly sure whats going on but if he sayd laproscopic surgery is bneeded im in world of hurt becuase the surgery center will not take my debit card and the only way i can pay is through credit card and i already have a few hundred dollars from the colonoscophy and emdoscopy on there . i think its stupid i cant jusy opay the vill on my own terms instead of them takeing it out of my account automatically. nbut another problemmis i dont have a ride to and from if he needs to do it and the surgery center will not allow you to take a taxie cab because of safety regulations so im screwed
