Acne

Hi, I am a 23 yr. old female who suffers from acne since adolescene. I've done 2 treatments of Accutane in the past and both times my acne went away (I know there is no cure for acne, only different ways to manage it). But now my acne has come back and I am again taking Accutane but my acne is only surfacing on one side of my face (right). It looks - at least to me - that my acne has not only come back but it has gotten worse. It also hurts very much. I know that for me it was something I inherited from my maternal lineage. (My mother for all her life had it she now does not; she took Accutane, it took care of it for her). I'm at my ropes end, I don't know what to do, because I know that this 3rd time won't work, so I am asking. What should I do??? My acne is persistent and won't go away with oral treatment. Should I give Proactive another try? It worked for me in the past, but I don't quite remember why I stopped using it. My acne hurts; and it again has affected me in a very significant way. Should I go see medical help? Is it hormonal? Does it have anything to do with my weight? Are there any remedies I could do at home to bring down the inflamation (inflammation)?
