Althea birth control pills plis withdrawal method

Hi, I use Althea BC pill for about 2 years now.  I went to an OB to check me out before having the pills. I have polycystic ovary, so she put me in pills to aid my polycyatic ovary nd for contraception. Did an ultrasound last week, my ovaries are all normal, polycystic no more. So anyway, my boyfriend is a seafarer so we do not have sex the most time of the year. I stopped my pill August last year because he was not around already that time. Then went back to pills last February 2016 because I was preparing my body for his arrival in May 2016. I just get paranoid everytime we have sex. I tell him to pull out. I never let him come inside me. I told my OB about these how many times, and she told me I should me alright If I take the pills daily. Well in taking pills, I consider 30 mins late already. I take it about same time everyday. About -5/+5 mins. Others say there might be a precum and pulling out is not reliable but, the point here is we do not rely in pulling out alone. What I was pointing out is does it help? Pulling out, no or little sperm inside. Sorry for being a *******, just one paranoid young girl. :(
