Birth control affects Are pregnant

I started sprintec birth control pills last month. For like a week now my breast have been leaking. The birth control im on allows me to have my regular period. For the last two days i have been have been cramping. But then i have not came on my period yet. I was pregnant back in april, but had a miscarriage at 17weeks. So my question is could al this be happing as affect of the birth control are could i be pregnant again. I did go throw the stage of my breast milk dryin up from first baby.
