Can I be pregnant?

My last depo injection was n.April of this year. I then started Reclipssen n time for nex injection which was in june. I have had 2 normal cycles I guess n Aug & Sept which lasted aprox 4 days. I had unprotected intercourse Oct 6..4 times. Around that time I had cramping 2 weeks into my pill pack. I got somthn like a period Oct 27 that lasted a day n a half n was completely done with cycle as of 4pm that day...weird. Tmi but it wasnt blood it was brown stuff pasty. I cramped all night mainly on right side and nothing on my pad. Nex day it turned brownish/red tiny clots n then done. Ive been experiencingqueasiness, nausea, headaches, tender breasts and dizziness. Ive bought a dollar tree preg test n.it was negative. If I am id b a little over 5 weeks. Any suggestions? Im still taking my pills.

Hi Reesee89,
I was on the shot for 9 years, I recently got off of it in April of this year, my last shot being in January of this year, Since my husband and I are trying to conceive I just figured that I would let it work itself out of my system and that was a huge mistake, so it is good you are taking the pills now. I have had every symptom under the sun since coming off of depo and are still going through them, from headaches, breast tenderness, dizziness, and but the worst being nausea and the queasiness that you described. It was/is a nightmare for me, you seriously feel like you are pregnant but you are not. I have been to countless doctors and have had thousands of dollars of test done all to come back normal because not everyone experiences "withdrawals" from getting off of the shot, but finally after going to a major hospital and seeing a GI specialist and a OBGYN they both told me that I was having the withdrawal effects from depo. I have my full story posted on my page if you would like to read it. Just Google "depo provera withdrawals" and you will see. The pills are masking a lot of the symptoms now and you would be having a much harder time if you were not on them. If you would like to talk a little more about what you are going through please contact me. By the way, I had the same brown discharge stuff for the first 2 months of getting off of depo, then I got my period, and did I ever. I still have that discharge in between my periods now which I have only had 2 normal periods since April, they were the last two months. I know what you are going through and it is not fun, but I am here if you need someone to talk to.

Thx Crital01!! I really appreciate it. I didnt think I was ever going to get a response so I posted another place as well. I dont have the brown spotting 4 long just a day then the next I was completely done! That freaked me out n.when I researched it I waa told it may b implantation bleeding. While speaking with my provider I ezplained to her I doubled pills and she told me that I.couldnt do that since it would.count as missing one..evn tho I took them. Im expectn a cycle on the 23. Since then ive been having sharp pains and cramping recently. I hope all is ok. Thanks again n goodluck to you as well!
