Do these pills decrease the effectiveness of my birth control?

I have PCOS which I am taking Metformin and an antidepressant (Citalopram) for. I am also taking vitamin D for a deficiency. Do any of these medications decrease the effectiveness of my birth control pill (Zarah)?
