Five week long period. Dangerous?

I'm on the Depo shot, and I've been on my period for almost five weeks now. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Omg. Now I'm scared. I went and got my next shot and it stopped the next day. I was really sketchy about this too, and now i can't get off it

Um I literally posted today about that stupid shot! I've has only 1 shot last April and I have been bleeding ever since. Anywhere from heavier than spotting all the way to a full on period. My doctors put me on estrogen to get it to stop. But the longest stretch I've gone without bleeding was 15 days. I had the shot to help with the Essure procedure. I am so mad with my dr. All she said was irregular period. Not your period is never going to stop!
