My period stopped for 5 years with mirena but now its back. Is this normal?

I had my first Mirena for 6 years, and just a few months after insertion my periods completely stopped.  I went back this past March and immediately switched out a new one for the old one. Spotted a couple days, normal for a new placement,  then my periods were gone again. A couple of weeks ago I had an actual period. Maybe a little lighter than it use to be without it, but it lasted 4 days like my periods use to. I didn't think much of it because I've been under a lot of stress,  and I've noticed when I get really stressed out ill spot a little,  but usually for only a day. But today I started again. Its only been two weeks and its back. Im still stressed and have a lot going on,  is that what's causing this or should I be concerned?
