What are the chances of Pregnancy after taking unwanted 72??

I had sex with my gf without any protection on 5th july and her last menstruation cycle was on 15th june. She took Unwanted 72 within 24 hours after sex. But today is 22nd July, still she have not getting her period. She felt Pain from 16th july but not getting down. I am very worried about that. What are the chances of Pregnancy? and Why she felt pain if not getting period?

The morning-after pill is not guaranteed to work in every case, I think some of them say there is a one in eight chance it will not work.  But the timing of the sex in the first place is not the most likely for her to get pregnant.  Also, the morning-after pill can change when the woman's next period comes.

She should indeed go ahead and do a home pregnancy test to learn if that is what is going on, but it sounds more like just the results of the morning-after pill.

She needs to see a doctor, not just take pills.  It is not safe otherwise.
