missed one pill

hi im new and i am also having the brownish discharge it is now my 11th day and i am also wondering why this is happening? This has never happened before , on the 2nd of sept. My husband and i did have unproteced sex im bc and when i got back home i took the pill and on the 3rd or 4th cant remember, the brownish discharge started. My breast have been tender and i have been experimenting pain/ache in my hips and at times i get dizzy these symptoms i dont get when im on my period. so i just wanting to know what is going on. I have a dr appt on the 22nd but that is still a week away . Im taking ortho cept  one the 1st was my anniversary and went out of town and stayed over without planned and i didnt pack my pills we had unprotected sex on morning of the 2nd he when we got back home i took the pill. so if you could tell me what you think is going on ? please help

I would say the same thing, those are not pregnancy symtoms.
here's what I found:
•Seven days of continuously taking oral contraceptive pills is necessary to reliably prevent ovulation.
•Women who frequently miss pills should consider an alternative contraceptive method
Be patient and just dont think about it. and waiut for the doctors appointment

Did you take the pill you missed? I don't think you would be having pregnancy symptoms so soon. It's probably just because you missed some pills.
