feeling nauseaus after starting pill pack

I have been on contraceptive pills 3 years and my body has gotten use to it. I have been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for 2 years. My last period was on Oct 24-30. I started my pill pack on Monday night Oct 29. The next morning I ate breakfast and then I felt nauseous for an hour til I vomited. Everyday since I started my pill for pack I have felt nauseous after eating every meal. Do I need to get a different brand of contraceptive medicine? Or should I be looking for something else that is wrong with me?

Thank you. I didn't even think about gastric problems.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It may be possible that you are nauseous due to the pills. At the same time other causes of nausea like gastritis, gastroesophgeal reflux disease, and migraine should also be considered. Pregnancy is unlikely since you have been taking your pills regularly. It is best to consult a gynecologist. A complete medical history, clnincal examination and investigations will help in detecting the exact cause. Do keep us posted on how you are doing.
Take care and regards!
