Birth control effectiveness

Been on bc for over a year. Ready to take my first week of pills after my period, my pills come late in the mail. Which means that I had to double up (recommended by doc) Mon and Tuesday, then Wednesday and thursday. Friday comes and my boyfriend fingers me after rubbing his penis. (semen free, might have had small amount of precum, not 100% sure though, gave him oral RIGHT before.) Saturday we bought plan b, plus I took Saturday and Sundays pill. Can I be pregnant?

No no sperm. Just freaked out. Did I take proper precaution? Also even after taking the sugar pills, shouldn't the bc still be in my system?
