Has Anyone experience sharp abdominal pains after IUD removal?

After My IUD removal (needed a procedure to remove) I am experiencing horrible sharp pains in my lower abdomen area. The pains last for about a week, goes away and comes back every beginning of the month. I haven't had a period and I am trying to conceive. Been to the ER 2x, had a CAT scan, ultra sound, trans-vaginal ultrasound, blood work  and nothing has been found. Its been 5 months and haven't had any answers to this situation.
