Should I be worried if she is pregnant?

Here are the details. My gf and i have recently become sexually active. She started the pill mid cycle and we did not have sex til 3 weeks after(for many reasons). During the second week, she missed a day but started taking them the next day and we waited another 6 days. This is the only one she has missed. We had sex and used birth control, condoms, and I pull out before ejaculation. During one instance there was a light red fluid discharge. She is 4 days into plecebo week and has not gotten her period. Should i be worried?

If this is her first month on the pill, it is possible her body does not know what to make of it yet and a period might not come when expected.  You sound like you were protected with the condom.  I wouldn't worry yet, but it's easy enough to buy a pregnancy test, take her one (the ones from the Dollar Store are accurate and cheap) and she can use it with first-morning urine tomorrow morning.
