Microgestin switch causing more acne?

Hi,

I have been on Microgestin Fe 1/20 for about 5 months and last month switched to Microgestin Fe 1.5/30 to assist breakthrough bleeding. It is working out however, prior to switchjng doses my acne had cleared up GREATLY but since I began the new dose I have had more acne and breakouts. I was wondering if this is a typical side effect of switching doses, if I should switch brands completely or if stress from school etc. is to blame. I am 18. Thanks
