Miss pills in beginning and end of pack?

Hi,
I'm currently on Mononessa (an Ortho tryciclen generic) Since I started taking birth control (I've changed many times since I was 14 and I'm 21 now) I normally skip the last couple of pills in my pack so I will get my period in the middle of the week instead of the weekend. I then read today that that could cause pregnancy but since ive done that forever im not too worried about stopping. Well, due to circumstances beyond my control I could not pick up my birth control this weekend and will not be able to get it until at least Wednesday. So by then I will have been off my pills for around 11 days (2 days missed at the end of the last pack 7 days of inactive, two of those days were period days and then missing Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays pill). Since I was not expecting to not be able to start my pills today me and my boyfriend have had a lot of unprotected sex. Like 5 times in a few days. . . What are the chances I will ovulate since my inactive time is stretched farther? I'm super nervous! I keep reading everywhere that the last few pills and the first few are vital pills in guarding against pregnancy and I've missed all of those! Any info would be great.

Thank you, kindd for your answer. I figured there was a pretty good chance since I know that withdrawal bleeds from hormones and periods are completely different things. Birth control makes everything so confusing. I'm currently experiencing symptoms that can be confused for birth control symptoms so it's rather confusing. My nipples (not my actual breast tissue or areolas just my actual nipple) has been so sore for the past week that I can let anything rub against them. =( and I've been nauseous on and off and other tummy issues. I've been really tired and irritable. I have 5 pills in my pack so i will know if im pregnant in a couple of weeks. Im gonna wait until i dully miss a period before i take a test as to not panic the boyfriend. Thanks again and ill comment as soon as i know for sure

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since you have missed your birth control pills for 11 days, chances of pregnancy are there. You should wait for your periods and if you miss them, then I suggest you to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test after 1 week of missing your periods. Also then I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
