I am a breastfeeding mother and I'm taking pills which is Exluton.

I've got a problem in taking my pill today for my pill was inside my bag and that bag was borrowed. What I did is that I bought a new one and took one of it. Is what I'm doing wrong? Please help. I'm a bit worried about this.
