birth control patch

I've been using the patch for a month and a half now this week would start my second patch. My "change patch day" is on Friday so I was supposed to change it today but I changed it yesterday thinking it was Friday. So does this mean my "change patch day" is Thursday or should I take it off and put a new one on today?

With the patch you wear it for 3 weeks then take it off for a week. Your period should start. Then you put on a new one.
