Mirana

I have a mirana for 1 year and this one is my second one. I had my first one for 4 years. I didn't have any problem untill 3 weeks ago that started with frequent urination and lower belly pain and back pain. I went to my doctor and I had a yeast infection for 2 weeks. But right now I past my period and didn't have any blood, I had all the symptoms but no blood. I have a cramping in my belly and back, headache, tired all the time. I don't know I am pregnant or not?
I had a home test pregnancy test and came negative. I am still worry. I had a really emotional month ( June) a lot of things happened. Can be stress that I missing period?
