The ONLY lubricant that I know that is safe to use while trying to conceive is pre-seed found at babyhopes.com, any other kind of lubricant is harmful to sperm. I myself used this product and absolutely LOVED it, I recommend it to EVERYONE! Also after trying for 6 1/2 months I came across this product and figured that I might as well try it, I only used it the day of ovulation and I got my BFP (Big Fat Positive) that same month. Hope this helps!

Yes it is safe and the only possible side effects would be an allergic reaction (if you are super sensitive) and if that was the case, you would have known that by now because it is used during pelvic exams.
