multiple contraceptives

Hi,
I have high DHEA-S and testosterone, which I found out after going to the doctor initially about hair loss.
I also have been told from an ultrasound years ago that I have poly cystic ovaries but not bad enough to be the syndrome. I also have related symptoms like oily skin/hair, excessive hair growth, weight gain and hair loss/thinning. I also have the implanon contraceptive.
I recently went to a doctor who suggested I could also take the combined contraceptive pill (YAZ or Yasmin), along with the implanon.
Is this a recommended method of addressing my symptoms? I worry about the excess hormones but don't know if it is a good or bad suggestion.
