urinary problems due to medication??

I have been having urinary problems the past 3 months. I took 5 different antibiotics for UTI's, i've had a transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic exam, and everything said I was fine. I have been feeling better, but every now and then, I have this tingling feeling in my groin area, and it is very uncomfortable and will last for days, then go away. I saw a urologist, who did a cystoscopy and he said everything was fine, my bladder was fine, and my urinary tract was fine, and that as a urologist he could no longer help me. He suggested that I speak with my psychiatrist because of the medication I am on. I take lamictal, concerta, pristiq, seasonique, and zyrtec d everyday. But i'm just confused because I have taken these medicines for over 6 months now and have not had these problems. I just feel the urge to urinate and I have pressure on my pelvis sometimes. It is also accompanied by a feeling of anxiety or tightness in my chest. Does anyone else have these issues or know ANYTHING. Could I be allergic to something? or the medication?

U need to talk to your doctor about all the symptoms. The urge to urinate and pressure could be somethin to talk to your gyno about. I get that. i have ovarian cysts and endometriosis. Both can cause the symptoms u are describing. My best advice is call the gyno and make a appointment. Do u have alot of pain in that area?

haha well i actually didnt say everything that was goin on before. but it all started at the gyno. she did a pelvic exam and told me i had a uti and i had no symptoms. then after a couple weeks they kept coming back. so she did the transvaginal ultrasound and everything was fine.. and she said from there baasically she couldnt help me. so i got so frustrated i went to the urologist who said my urinary tract is fine, and did a cystoscopy which my bladder was fine, and he told me he could no longer as a urologist help me. its weird cause my symptoms come and go, and they change now. sometimes it feels like im about to have a uti, or sometimes i just feel like i didnt empty my bladder, or other times its a constant tingling feeling in my groin area. i just dont know, because the symptoms constantly change.

Goin to get a little personal on you, do u have pain during or after intercourse?? And does this happen when u ovulate, about to have or during your cycle?? Or after??? If the answer is yes to these, talk to the gyno about endometriosis.

Oh and endo doesnt show up on ultrasounds or cat scans. It can only be disovered thro a laparoscopy.
