bleeding from her left nose and ear

My wife She is only 35 years was undergone an open brain surgery one month back. Her legs movements are totally disabled during the surgery in addition severe headache is disturbed. From the last Friday onwards some bleeding happens from her left nose and ear. Is this any thing serious? Also her depression level is very high.
