demyelinating disease

Please help me out i had headache month ago i went to the D.R  & i ask him to do mr  MRI and i did it my since result come out i am realy realy wory please help is there somthing realy need to worry ..ok M RI is like this ........* HISTORY : HEADACH ...* TECHNIQUE : sagittal t1 ,axial t1,axial t2,axial flair,axialdwi,coronal,t1,coronal t2 sequences of the brain were acquired without contrast   .....* FINDINGS : no restricted diffusion to suggest acute infarct.scattered nonspecific t2 hyperintense foci within the bilateral  subcortical white matter .no parenchymal edema,mass effect,or midline shift. gray-white matter differentiation ispreserved .no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage. no intracranial mass or fluid collection.no  hydrocephalus .corpus callosum pituitary  gland ,and pineal region are unremarkable .prominent perivascular spaces within the bilateral inferior basal ganglia. expected major vascular flow voids are identified .visualized orbital contents and optic tract are unremarkable. paranasal sinuses are clear. mastoid air cells and middle ear cacities are clear .calvarial and skull base marrow signal is unremarkable.  * IMPRESSION: 1. NO ACUTE INTRACRANIALPROCESS.    2. SCATTERED NONSPECIFIC T2 HYPERINTENSE FOCI WITHIN THE BILATERAL SUBCORTICAL WHITE MATTER.THESE FINDING CAN BE SEEN WITH MIGRAINE  HEADACHES .ALSO CONSIDER CHRONIC MICROVASCULAR ISCHEMIA AND DEMYELINATING DISEASE....................i write very thing i have in my report if you help me i will be realy thankfull to you .......god bless you all

This is very very common. They are nonspecific. Nothing to be worried.

thank you very much to answer ...also my D.R  give me  GABAPENTIN 100MG  is there a reson to take this ........... and what i do with my HEADACH .....  &  demyelinating disease..........
