high ACTH

I'm post BLA 7 years. 11/2 years ago my ACTH was 2200 and a T1 MRI showed nothing This year it was 1100.Except for ACTH, I am hypopituitary. I have constant headache (worst in middle of the night and early morning) and constant anxiety.What should be done now?
