pain on left breast and itch on both breasts

I'm a 39yr old woman, who is experiencing itching on both breast now for some time and also having severe pain on my left breast that has gotten worse with time.I have implants that are 10yrs old,I'm scheduled to have a mammogram  next week;but the pain is getting worse! What can it be??

Since you have a Mammogram scheduled I'm sure that you will have an answer when that report is completed. Breast pain can be due to many factors but isn't usually associated with breast cancer. The itching being on both breasts doesn't make me think of anything terribly serious; perhaps some sort of skin irritation problem. Some of your symptoms could also be related to your implants but testing is necessary to determine the exact cause. You seem to indicate that these things are not NEW so I would advise you in the future to have any new symptoms checked out sooner rather than later. Waiting never solves anything you know.     Regards .....
