A Typical

The doctor said not to worry. The results show A typical.. Just what does that mean?????

Hi,
The data posted is insufficient to comment on anything. Did you mean atypical cells on the biopsy / Fine needle aspiration cytology report?
If yes, then atypical hyperplasia would increase the risk of developing malignancy on the later date.

Hi,
Your doctor must have said something esle too. This by itself doesn't mean anything. Did he say 'atypical ductal hyperplasa'? Well it would not be right to make guesses. Consult your doctor and ask him for a copy of the mammogram report. Goodluck.
