i am starting fec chemo very soon and its not such a risk to your health as ac+ t. The side effects are bad on fec but not as bad as ac+t. i am 36 and have grade  T3 P3 M1, have had mastectomy and node clearance with min 2 nodes cancerous. Its a hard choice but personally i think you should stick with fec chemo.
if you are still not happy or worried get a third opinion, i only got one and i just want it sorted so i am doing what my surgeon and oncologist suggest. i have spent weeks researching too so know that they have suggested the best way forward with my treatment.....good luck with whatever you decide to do x x

When on consultation you receive two opposing views you are entitled to a third opinion and I think that would be valuable in your case. We here aren't able to advise in such matters. You might also post on the Expert Forum where Cleveland Clinic Physicians answer posts. You won't get a "choice" but perhaps an explanation of the difference. I'd seriously think about that 3rd opinion.    Regards .....
