Arimidex

Have there been any studies of someone being on Armidex for almost ten years? I have and I'm tired of the joint pain, the imsomnia and the tiredness, but I'm also scared of going off of it as I was estrogen positive. I had a bilateral mastectomy and 15 lymph nodes removed on one side and 16 on the other. Would appreciate input. Thank you.

The 2010 ASCO guidelines stated that, except in the setting of a clinical trial, AI therapy should not exceed 5 years, so I don't imagine there is/would be much research on people using it for 10 years.
