I received a copy of my mamo. An illmarginated pleomorphic microcalcification Birad 4. Did anyone ever have one that was not cancerous?

For all who are going through this my Birad 4 pleomorphic microcalcification cluster is BENIGN. Praise the Lord O my soul  and forget not all his benefits. PS 103:3 Hang on to the hand of God. Thank you all for your support I will be watching and praying for those who want it.

Thank you for that information. I have my biopsy on Friday. So I am praying for the best

Pleomorphic means that the microcalcifications differ in size and shape. When microcalcifications are observed scattered about within the breast tissue they are of no particular concern. When these calcifications are clustered or grouped then they do raise suspicion and need to be investigated further; usually by biopsy. These biopsies do NOT always reveal a malignancy so many have had a biopsy for this finding that returned a negative result.   Regards .....
