biopsy report would apreciate input

I'm new here and I was hoping someone that someone could please give me a little info. I had a vacum-assisted core biopsy and could'nt s  itwait for the results in the mail, so I went the the office where I had it done and the doctor gave me the lab report and said i would need some management care? The report says i have a papillary neoplasm see comment section. which says are consistent with a partly hyalinized papilloma Management and follow-up, as clinically indicated. this case was seen in conference. My take is that its benign but does anybody have any info to add? would very much apreciate it.

I have to go back in december for another mammo I have a clip so it should't be hard to find. I hnave to say I was comepletely taken by surprise with this. I have been throwing away my scripts for the past 4 years. My sister has ovarian cancer and I have lost other relatives over the years to uterine and colon cancer. Breast cancer was never on my list as any worry. I finally had decided to go get a mammo done because my gyno had nagged me into it. The extra views, sonogram soon followed. They had to vacum-assist to get it out along with a cyst I never knew was even there. It was growing like cancer and then they asked me if I had a surgen. I felt eeriely calm, I have a tendancy to see the world as a glass half-full I told my self that if it was cancer at least it was small and probably had not spread. So many women have delt with so much more. The courage they show every day is something only God could have given them. I pray for those women, and I hope that I have learned something from this as well. Take care I'll update in December.

p.s. Also, that should be phyllodes, not phillodes...

Oooops! Sorry, I don't know where my head was! The answer I provided was actually in regard to  phillodes tumors, not papillomas.

However, most of what I wrote also applies to papillomas, EXCEPT the part about their tending to grow very rapidly...

Here is the link to an excellent post regarding papillomas:

Again, my apologies for the error.

It is usually recommended that even benign papillomas be completely excised because they can grow very rapidly, and because it is important to have a  pathology examination  of  the total lesion, to make sure it does not include any malignant cells.

Best wishes...
