Biopsy - Increased Risk of Breast Cancer?

I've now had two breast biopsy's.  both have come back negative.  however, my doctor told me the other day that i should have mammograms more often since there is an increased risk of breast cancer in women who've had biopsies.  is this true?

I've had 2 breast biopsies (both with benign findings) within the past 4 years and I was never told anything about having frequent mammograms or being at a necessarily higher risk for Breast Cancer. Maybe, your doctor meant that you should have diagnostic mammograms as opposed to standard mammograms given your medical history with the biopsies.
