You can get breast infection and more so if it is an open wound. It is not usual for a change of breast shape to occur. But do consult your doctor for a clinical evaluation when in doubt about anything. Goodluck.

Unless a person bites off a portion of the breast, it would not really affect the breast shape.
However, the breast can become infected when there is an open bite wound as bacteria in a person's mouth, or from the surrounding area, could contaminate the open wound leading to an infection.
