Breast Cancer Therapy

What happens when a person stops taking arimidex after the five year treatment end?  Is there another drug to take?

Here is a link with some info. Apparently the time frame has more to do with matching the time frame of tamoxifen because they don't have enough long term info yet to pick the optimal amount of time.
