Breast Caner

I am 20 years old and I found four lumps in my left breast.  One I can see from my skin and is the size of a pea and appears blue from the skin, two others are slightly smaller and one is located right behind my nipple and the other just above the pea sized lump while the fourth one is in my armpit.  I know I am basically too young to have breast cancer but I am still slightly concerned.  I have been having pain on the side of my left breast through my armpit and to my elbow within the last month.  I have yet to find any lumps in my right breast but I do have a thick sticky yellow discharge from my right nipple when I squeeze it.  Am I over concerned? From what I have read they might just be lots of cyst.

In my opinion,the first thing you should do is to STOP squeezing the nipple of your right breast.The discharge you are getting is because you are doing just that, and once you stop the squeezing the discharge will also stop..Only if the discharge is spontaneous (without squeezing) you have to seek medical attention to see what is causing this discharge.About the multiple little lumps you have in your left breast they might be as you said, cysts or fibroadenomas,but no one can tell you for sure what these lumps are, unless a doctor gives you a clinical examination and order also an Ultrasound test to confirm that they are indeed cysts and not something more serious.Please contact your doctor and make an appointment to make sure that you are okay.When you notice something abnormal in your breasts,you have to be vigilant and there is no better source of information than medical advice... many things you don't know, can be explained to you.. especially because you are so young..Best wishes and God Bless.:)
