Breast skin colour - please help

I just noticed two weeks ago that I have a slight different colour of skin on my left breast, just above my areola, it's almost light brown, almost like my skin colour, but a little darker, and the colour is way lighter than the areola. It looks like blushing or a light sun tan colour on my skin. The thing is, I don't know whether it's been there before or if it's new, it could've been just an uneven skin tone. I noticed it this time because I was having a really bad PMS this month, and my breasts were sore as usual, only this time my bra has been giving me trouble, because of the sudden change in climate temperature, I started to itch along the wire when I sweat, which is nothing new to me, I'd itch on my back and tummy where the waist band is sometimes as well when the temperature drastically changed. Since then I've paid attention to it, and it's not itchy, it's not changing in size, there are no textures, and breast skin temperature is normal. (I even tried to itch it once to make sure that it's not itchy... and it isn't). Usually after shower is more noticeable because it changed colour to light pink due to the water temperature. My cheeks, knuckles and feet (and probably some other parts of my body I'm not aware of) usually do that too in the shower (changed colour to blushed pink due to water & room temperature) which probably why I've never thought of it as something abnormal. And after I'm dry it's back to normal (back to that blushing/light sun tan colour). As I said, it could be a normal uneven skin tone and I'm being paranoid, but I'd love to know what you think. Is this something I should be worried about or is this normal? Please help.

I've checked and there's nothing abnormal about it compared to the other breast apart from that colour (it's a little spot above the areola, btw, not a large portion) & that spot hasn't changed in size or temperature, or feel or texture. I have a similar thing like that on my right arm (the spot is really tiny and has been there all along).

Is there any kind of breast tissue thickening that you are able to feel?  You should examine both breasts and see if one may be a little thicker (not larger size) but thicker on the inside.  This is probobly nothing but to be on the safe side show this to a doctor.
