breast ultrasound says...

hello!  i had a breast ultrasound done a day before and it says hypechoic mass with micro lobulations seen 1cm away from nipple at depth of 4.0mm measuing7.8*7'7cm.at one axis lesion is taller than wider.
sould i see my doc one again are they suspectable. dont hav any history in my family of breast cancer.my age is 28yrs and hv two kids about 9 yrs of marriage but hv a depressed life. thanx.

Thanks alot for giving ur opinion .yes the conclusion in ultrasound states BIRADS 3 probably benign.well defined hypoechoic mass with microlobulation is seen.mass is taller than wider at one axis.advice short interval(1mth) ultrasound follow up. does this required to be tested or removed? regards..... worried mom.

Since there was this finding I would certainly discuss this further with your Physician ... I'm surprised that some futher action wasn't recommended in the report from your Ultrasound. I wonder if there was a BIRADS number included in the final report from your US. I would also recommend that you see a Breast Specialist and take your films with you to the appointment. This definitely needs some type of further investigation.   Regards ....
