Sharp pain around right nipple

Hi I'm 15 years old and I've been experiencing sharp pains around my nipple area (Areola) I searched this up and all the answers I were given indicated that my nipple was cracked or dry which in my case it was not. Only that some parts of the area around my nipple appeared to be my choice lighter and have thinner skin and those were the areas that hurt. Also everytime I searched about my problem I only received answers about pregnancy problems, breastfeeding, and such. My nipple is also very sore and as I have said I experience much pain in the area. It looks like the skin on my Areola is breaking or like somehow cracked but it is not at all dry and feels and looked as it the skin is breaking to stretch somehow and ends up leaving much lighter areas in between and those are the parts that case me much pain. I don't know is this has anything to do with my problem but I also have large Areolas on my breast. Can anyone help me with this issue?
