Concerned about swollen lymph Nodes

I found a lump on my breast and have been told to have an ultra sound, dr thinks it is a lymph node. I have also got a lump in my groin, armpit, under my chin . What could this be I am begining to worry. The one in my groin and chin has been there about six months.

Lymph nodes become swollen for several reasons ... one being an infection somewhere in the body. I would have the recommended Ultrasound soon and I hope you discussed these other swollen nodes with your Dr. ... if not you should do this also. Hopefully the test will clarify the situation for you.. Regards ..
