Do I have a form of breast cancer?

Ok I am 16 years old, I have had two lumps under both breast directly behind the nipple for around 4 years and I talked to my doctor he said they will go away and had them for two years after that, they never went away or shrunk. My right one is bigger, my nipples are also poofy. This is very frustrating to me because I am not fat nor have massive amounts of body fat. I am 5'9 173 pounds and have some body fat around my breasts but I am pretty muscular.

Please answer back on what to do or what this is

Hi Herman,
it possibly could be gynecomastia - google it for technical information. Gynecomastia can be due to hormonal disturbances or side effects of some medications - are you on any meds? Breast cancer in a young man of your age is virtually unknown, if this is your worry.

You really need to go back to your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. Have you talked to your parents about your lumps? I am sure they will be concerned and get you to a doctor. It is not an emergency, but needs looking into.

Take care,
Liz.
