Growing Lump in crease of breast

I found a lump about 3months ago and recently this lump has started growing and is increasingly painful. It has doubled in size in the last 4 hours. Does anyone have any ideas?

The symptoms don't suggest cancer. You might have an infected cyst. I had one in just the same place. A dermatologist took care of it for me.

To my knowledge, most breast cancers are not painful and would not grow that fast in such a short period of time.

Could be a cyst.
