Lump at bottom of left breast

Yesterday which was Sunday June17 2007 I found a lump in the bottom of my left breast. It is about the size of a nickle and slightly painful. Although I think the pain may have been caused from my boyfriend and I touching it so much. I was shocked and terrified. You see cancer runs in my family. Should I be extremely worried or just give it some time and see what happens? I thought maybe it was just fiberus or something because I am on my menostral cycle. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated by both me and my boyfriend; who is extrememly worried because he is a cancer survivior himself.
Thanx so much. Lilith67

Get to a doctor and have it checked out (mammo/ultrasound)...don't wait. Keep in mind that 80% of lumps as b9.
