Lymph node presence

Hi,
I am 50 years old. I had my left breast removed 9 years ago and was on medication for the next five years. I would say I am a breast cancer survivor. Recently, i feel pain in my chest. I had a mammogram and the result says:

"Rt breast shows scattered fibro/glandular soft tissue image. tramline micro-calcification of blood vessel wall is seen. No evidence of architectural distortion. Multiple soft tissue shadow seen at Rt axilla ? lymph nodes."

Is this something i should be worried of? please help..Thankx.

Normally a mammogram report will contain a BI-RADS Category and a recommendation for whatever follow-up is indicated.

If yours did not include these, you should check with the doctor who ordered your mammogram to discuss your results.

Best wishes...
