Mole on Nipple

by lrae1204, Oct 14, 2008 06:56PM
I am 33 years old and have tried to practice safe sun habits. Is it normal for a mole to appear "out of the blue" on the nipple of the breast? The mole itself looks fairly normal--dark in hue, just a tiny bit raised, but with regular borders and coloration. Its sudden appearance and location startled me a bit though.

This discussion is related to Dark Moles around both nipples.

Moles that concern you should be ck.d out ... most hospitals and some Dermatologist offer free cancer screening clinics fairly often. I would have it evaluated if I were you even though it appears rather normal in appearance. I'm not sure why it would appear so suddenly.   Regards ....
