Biopsy doctor told me that it may be surgically removed or periodic review。 I choose surgery, because I don't want to have a time bomb in the body.

Of course ... I can't imagine why anyone would doubt the results of a biopsy. Tissue is examined by several methods under the microscope by experienced Pathologists. Now you can relax and be confident that your lesion is a benign breast tumor. These tumors are usually left alone unless they grow to a size that causes great discomfort. In that case they can be removed surgically. Yours being about 1/2 inch I doubt that it would need to be removed. You may be advised to have this checked for growth every year or so by Ultrasound. I'm sure you will advised by your Physician as to any follow-up that might be needed.   Congratulations ... Good News !!

If it were a fibroadenoma that most likely would have been stated in the report. Breast Cancer cannot be diagnosed by film alone. This may be a complex cyst which is a cyst that contains both fluid and solid material. The fact that nothing can be diagnosed to 100% certainty is the reason for the advised biopsy. I hope that you have proceeded and made the appointment for this procedure as it is very important to discover the true nature of any abnormality found on film.  If you have questions following your biopsy and report please come back and post it as a comment on this same thread. We'll do our best to be of some help .... Regards .....
