worrying about breast cancer
i'm 14 years old. i got a inverted nipples and i'm so worried. i seem to have a lump on my breast but both can be manipulated with finger. my nipples are small since i have my period (when i was around 13) can you help me?

Please don't worry sweetie,you don't have breast cancer....Sometimes the nipples may be inverted but they will in most cases spontaneously return to normal after puberty is completed, or after childbirth and breastfeeding.
You are at an age where your whole body is constantly changing and often breasts develop "breast buds" that appear just before the beginning of puberty.Since your are not fully developed you are going to find some strange changes in your body that shouldn't alarm you.It just simply tells that your body is starting to produce high levels of female hormones.
I urge you to talk to your mom about your concern...Also a visit to your doctor would be useful so your breasts can be examined and valuable advice given about the changes that your girls your age go through.
