Pain in armpit and outer edges if breast

For the past 5-6 days I've had a pain in my right armpit and the right outter and top side of my breast. Its a constant tenderness- with some burning and shooting pains. Today started with pain on the other side of my arm - outter edge to near the shoulder blade - tenderness and burning sensation. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary so I don't think it's a muscle strain. My armpit is slightly swollen. I just had my mamo two weeks ago and they said everything was ok - but the pain under my arm and my breast isn't going away and I'm getting worried. My mom had breast cancer with lymph nodes involved and it's a concern for me. Should I go back to my gyno or see another doctor?
